> Hole in the Wall is an Australian all day cafe and restaurant in New York. It started as a small specialty coffee shop in Midtown and grew into all day cafes inspired by coastal local cafes in Australia, known for brunch, specialty coffee and cocktails.

Signature dishes: the breakfast burrito, the burger (served all day) and the steak at dinner.
Signature drinks: the Spritz flight, the Espresso Martini, flat whites and matcha.
